Forteza, CCForteza began as a CAD production company. Carlos, holding a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, honed his skills at renowned architectural firms such as Widom Wein Cohen, Johannes Van Tilburg, Pope and Associates, and CNI-Design. Carlos C. Forteza's career has spanned from draftsman to designer to project manager, giving him comprehensive expertise in the building industry, from initial concepts to the final touches. He coined the phrase, "by beginning and ending with the same company, your clients always save time and money," reflecting his commitment to streamlined, cost-effective project management. An expert in Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Carlos utilizes the latest CAD software to create precise designs. These designs transition seamlessly into working drawings (Construction Documents), significantly reducing time and costs, a benefit passed directly to clients. Many clients experience frustration when dealing with separate architects/designers and contractors due to differing visions.
